The Backpacker's Budget Wedding

Paying for weddings can be really expensive. When my wife and I were married, we wanted a great party and an even greater honeymoon in Switzerland the following day. We wanted our day captured so we could remember it with happiness, but didn't want to take away from the coveted Europe fund! Thus, the "Backpacker's Budget Wedding" was born.

Ceremony Only

Keep it simple, film the big moment and start the rest of your life with a high-definition movie showing your ceremony. This includes your ceremony in it's entirety using a wireless lapel microphone to catch every last vow with extreme clarity! Have the entire ceremony on DVD with beautiful high-definition video and audio that you will enjoy for a lifetime.

Additional Wedding Services

Blu-Ray DVD Upgrade (Full High-Definition 1080p DVD) - $250

Do you have one of those nifty TVs that hangs on the wall and a brand new Blu-Ray DVD player? If not, put one of each on your gift registry and hope for the best! To get the full impact of the high-definition experience you need to watch your wedding in the true 1080p format. Standard DVDs have a picture size of 720x480 and can't show the same amount of detail in the beautiful high-definition picture taken with our broadcast-quality certified cameras. Ask for a Blu-Ray DVD when designing your film. (Comes with two standard DVDs and two Blu-Ray DVDs)

Pre-Ceremony Footage - $800

Let's face it, getting ready for the big day is just as much fun as the event itself! Whether it's the color coordinated bath robes, the maid of honor zipping up that beautiful dress, the groomsmen sitting around doing that "male bonding thing" or just remembering the natural moments with those you love before such an important ceremony, the pre-footage helps paint a real picture of what you did on this once in a lifetime day. Although this feature adds four hours of coverage using two camera angles to any of our packages above, this feature is more than extra filming time. This is a unique, stand-alone chapter in your final film!

Camera Operators - $400 per operator (Six Hours)

Every camera angle added to the event adds an entirely new level of coverage. Capture every perspective with up to four different angles during your ceremony to have a truly cinematic quality of your movie. Camera operators can be added to any package which already contains multiple angles or as an add-on to any of our "Additional Wedding Services".

Additional Filming Time - $50 per hour per crew member

In for a long night? Add an extra hour to the filming schedule to capture all the fun of the prep time or just to capture everything Uncle Bobby does into the wee hours in the morning!

Short Film on the History of Your Relationship - $750

This is a chance for you to have a day of filming talking about your relationship. Your personality will really have a chance to come through and dictate the style in which this film is created. Through the use of sit down interviews in the location of your choice and footage taken of you and your soon to be just being yourselves, a dedicated chapter to your movie will be all about the two of you. This great little film will come with professional three-point lighting to give that documentary feel to your story. The film is available to be completed by the day of the wedding to be viewed on DVD during your actual reception, ask for more details!

Additional Copies of the Final DVD - DVD: $15 each, Blu-Ray: $35 each

You've got a great movie all about you, so share it! Order in any quantity. Copies can be mailed directly to you upon completion of the entire project. All copies include a full color case with custom design, full color printing on the DVD itself, and a custom sized shipping box to protect it on its journey through the mail. Tax and shipping charges are extra.

The Rehearsal Dinner - $1,150

The rehearsal/dinner is a great time of family and friends all coming together and trying to be productive, and usually just laughing through any real sense of productivity, capture it! This service is a great chapter in your movie that helps paint the picture of the entire wedding experience. With up to four hours of coverage and two high definition camera angles, you know that every last toast and merging of the new families will be captured in a fun and visual way.

Photo Montage of Pictures from Your Past - $250 (Scans of hard-copy pictures is available upon request)

Submit pictures of each of you either as babies, as an early couple, or just family pictures that help tell your story. These pictures are used to create a short montage film that can be ready by your rehearsal dinner or your reception. The DVD can be designed to play automatically on a loop so it can be displayed on a display in the background of your reception. This short film is a great way for your family and friends to see a little slice of what makes your story so wonderful. As with al of our films, you pick all of the music used in this feature to make this a truly personal feature in your final film.

All payments can be made in cash, check, credit card, or pay-pal. Installment plans are an option and can be discussed at the signing of the contract.

There is no minimum for ordering of duplication projects. Full payment is requested before full production begins on your event. Texas residents must pay an 8.25% sales tax on the total of every order.
