Does high definition mean that you will be able to see every last blemish on my face?
While our cameras have the ability to show incredibly fine details that most other cameras lose in lower resolutions, our goal is to bring out the best part of every subject we film. High definition means no pixelated noise in your picture, incredibly deep and accurate colors, smooth motion, true widescreen, and yes...a much more detailed image.
I don't have a high definition television or a BluRay DVD player, can I still watch my DVD?
Yes. Although the full high definition experience is totally achieved with a BluRay player and a 1080p high definition television, many of our customers select to have their final DVD on a standard definition disc.
Did you know that the DVDs you rent or buy from any major store are standard definition discs unless they are HD DVDs or BluRay discs? Even with a standard definition disc your film will play perfectly on an HDTV in its correct aspect ratio.
Why would I want a BluRay Disc instead of a standard DVD?
Shooting films in a high definition format creates files sizes that far exceed the capacity of a standard definition disc. In order for these incredibly detailed images to fit on a standard disc they must be compressed which compromises the quality of the original film. Not only do BluRay discs have over ten times the amount of storage space, but they are able to read information much more quickly; that makes for more life-like movement and color grading.
Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes. We are happy to accept cash, check, credit, PayPal, and we are even happy to discuss payment plans for certain projects.
I'd like to move forward in the booking process, what do I need to do?

I don't see a package that fits my needs; can I custom design a combination of services?

We believe that with our creative minds and technological know how we can complete projects to fit the endless array of possiblities in our clients' minds.
Why aren't your videos playing back smoothly on your website?
Unfortunately there isn't one single standard for viewing video on the internet like there is for viewing images. Some computers might need Flash updates, operating system updates, or faster internet connections to view the videos correctly. Try clicking on the "HD Version" button (on most versions) to see if that helps. Additionally, our "HD Versions" of each video have the option to turn HD on or off in the upper right hand corner of the video's screen; try setting it to "off" if you are having problems with the video taking too long to load. However, if none of these things work or are too confusing, please contact us so we can either mail you a free sample disc of our work or let us setup a meeting with you so you can meet us and check out our portfolio.
Can I watch videos from your website on my nifty new iPad?
You bet! Keeping up with latest technological trend is part of our passion. Furthermore, we edit our films using the most advanced apple products and make it a point to create films that work seamlessly within the Apple line of products.
